I can also imagine for people who use KLIA as a hub for another international flight that Air Asia may be a bad choice. At the end, I stayed at Concorde as usual althought the online hotel booking website claimed it was fully booked.

Also the waiting area, it makes you feel like real low cost operation, as there is no comfort as well. Looks like you re sitting in an airplane hangar.

KL main terminal makes you feel VIP.
