Media Updates05 March 2010 KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Packag - The Fastest Way to the F1 RaceKuala Lumpur, 05 March 2010: The KLIA Transit, the fast train to KLIA operated by Express Rail Link (ERL) has the reputation of being the fastest mode of transportation to the Formula One (F1) Race. F1 spectators can now purchase the KLIA Transit Formula One Transfer Package to go to the race. The packages are of great convenience to spectators as it includes a high speed train ride on the KLIA Transit plying between KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and a shuttle bus between KLIA and Sepang International Circuit (SIC). The Transfer Package fares are as follows: Complete Package (includes both Train and Shuttle Bus)
Upon reaching the KLIA station, package holders will board a KLIA-SIC shuttle bus to the race at the Sepang International Circuit. We are also extending our operational hours on the last day of the event to facilitate fans attending the after-race concert at SIC" The transfer packages can now be conveniently purchased together with the F1 race tickets on SIC's website, as well as from selected agents and at all KLIA Transit stations (except Salak Tinggi). Race fans who purchase Diamond, Garnett and Ruby F1 race tickets are automatically given a free 3-Day Transfer Package as a special bonus this year. For the first time, the "ERL City Shuttle" will be introduced this year to provide convenient shuttle bus services from most of the major hotels in the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The ERL City Shuttle will pick-up passengers at selected hotels and transfer them quickly to KL Sentral, where they can use the KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Packages to go to the race. The shuttle buses will run on three separate routes, on an hourly (2nd & 3rd Apr) and half-hourly (4th Apr) frequency. The fare is RM10 per one-way trip, but KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Package holders enjoy a special rate of only RM5.00. Ride in comfort, all the way to LCCTKLIA Transit has always been one of the safest and most comfortable ways to travel to KLIA. And now, it's extended the service to include the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT).

Terms and Conditions1. The "KLIA Transit to LCCT" transfer is a combination of a KLIA Transit train trip and shuttle bus trip. The shuttle bus operates non-stop between Salak Tinggi station & Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). 2. The KLIA Transit train connects with the shuttle bus at Salak Tinggi station. 3. Shuttle bus trip is only available for passengers who purchase the "KLIA Transit to LCCT" transfer only, and is not for sale or use separately. 4. Upon purchase, each passenger will be given one KLIA Transit train ticket & one shuttle bus ticket. Each ticket is for one person, one way. 5. The train and bus tickets are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. For Return Tickets, the second trip is valid for 1 month from the date the first trip is used. 6. Train tickets are valid only for the specified "start" and "end" stations. Travel to or from other stations are not allowed and will be charged the full applicable fare. 7. No refund and validity extension allowed. 8. Conditions of carriage apply. 9.
