Terms and Conditions
- Normal Operation Hours for SkyVans: 9am-9pm. A surcharge of RM20 per van is charged between 6am-9am and 9pm-11pm.
- From 11pm-6am, there is a midnight surcharge of 30%.
- Sharing means you may be sharing the 8-seater van or 10-seater van with others. There will be a waiting time of 30-45 minutes. There must be a minimum of 2 people in the van. Sharing is only available from 9am-9pm.
- Charter means you will have the 8-seater van to yourself. There is no sharing with others and no waiting time.
- Child fare (Genting only): Children below the age of 3 are free. For ages 3-11, the child rate applies. For ages 12 and above, the adult rate applies.
- Cancellation fee: If a booking is cancelled under 6 hours of pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 10% of total fare is charged.
- Klang Valley includes locations in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Puchong, Subang Jaya and Cheras
- Klang Valley includes transfers to Hotels or Doorstep
