Dear Sir/Madam
My daughter, Chloe Piper, was on Monday evening transiting between the LCCT and the KLIA on the NadiKLIA suttle bus, when she lost purse on this.
She had arrived on flight D.72728 from Melbourne (officially ETA 1620 hrs), but this plane was running a couple of hours late. Her next flight was MH 194 which left KLIA at 2015 hrs for Mumbai. In her rush from the LCCT to the KLIA, she seems to have left her purse, with money & credit cards, on the shuttle bus?/P>
Is there a contact number I can ring to check whether this purse has been handed in ??
Thank you and best wishes

I happened to left my notebook in a cab before as i was in a rush.
I couldnt remember the cab but i think it was the same driver as he mentioned his name as Azman from KL.
He did return back my notebbook 30 mins after i called him despite the heavy traffic at that moment. I did tip him RM100 though as a courtesy which is not much as compared to my SONY VAIO :)

Dear Sir/Madam,
We boarded Flight AK 129 on 25th March 2009 @ 1245hrs.
We only noticed our computer case missing when we had taken off.
We think that it could only have gone missing when we were going through the scan before the check-in counter.
The Air Asia flight attendant, Sherman, reported the loss to your department upon his return to LCCT.
Upon our arrival at Singapore Airport the SIA help desk emailed you but no reply came while we were still there.
Also, my brother-in-law checked at the LCCT a few days later, but it could not be found.
Could you please let me know if it has been found yet.
Thank you. John.Missing Laptop & Document! (Urgent)!!

MISSING COMPUTER.
At approximately 11am on25th March 2009, our family members dropped the four of us off at the LCCT airport terminal in KL, Malaysia.
We loaded up three airport trolleys with all our baggage and proceeded into the check-in hall.
It was quite busy and we were anxious to get our bags checked in without too much hassle of being charged for overweight baggage.
My wife had two large bags and the computer bag. She went through the scanner first and we followed her from behind with a couple of other families between us. (After I went through I did not see our computer bag.)
After checking in our cargo baggage we went back to where our family was waiting and we talked to them for a while.
After we had said goodbye we proceeded to the departures lounge.
At 1245hrs we boarded the Air Asia Flight AK 129. After take-off my wife said to me, "Have we got the computer"?
I could not remember, so I checked in the overhead compartments. But, I could not find it.
We knew that we had not checked it into the cargo, and we did not remember having it when going though to arrivals.
My wife then recalled putting it though the scanner on queue 34-49 but could not recall picking it up after the scan.
We then notified the air steward, who took the details and reported the matter to the Airport Security at the LCCT.
The stewards name is Sherman, phone number, 0060 XXXXX XXXX.
1) The item was a black and grey laptop-bag containing an HP notebook laptop, Model, DV1345AP.
2) Two memory sticks were in the bag also with holiday pictures recorded.
3) Medical records from my visit to the doctor in Spain. Required for insurance.
4) Also, a Spanish dictionary and Spanish lesson book.
5) We also had a marriage certificate and my wife's change of name by dipole certificate, along with other personal records.
