Kenji,

Greetings.

The LCCT's information counter / customer service can be contacted at (603) 8777 6777.

We tried to check for you on this matter by calling the above phone number. The lady answering the phone told us that the wheel chair is provided by AirAsia and it's available at R40/R41 upon request.

Once you land at the LCCT, you can approach the AirAsia support staff and they will be able to bring you the wheel chair.

Hope this helps.

The parking rate is too expensive. We should be able to match $ for $ with singapore or any big city air port in the world. We should not convert the currency. Who ever does that does not think or just want to make more money at the expense of the people. The Govt should be involved....... sad they too wants to make money..sad, sad ..sad.

I like an update of the hourly and overnight parking rate at LCCT.

I call the tel line 8776 8180 and had to wait about a minute b4 someone answered but that put me on hold while the line was transfered somewhere else where no body answered untill the ringing went dead !!

Then I called 8777 6961 where the ringing continued until it stopped by itself ?? How come there's no one manning enquiries ?? What's your idea of giving phone contacts at your web page but not backed up by staff services.

This happened between 11.10 am ~ 11.30 am on Tuesday, 6th April 2010. Dare I even dream some soul will read and bother to reply this email with details ?? My office email is : alex.chiew@xxxxxxx.com ; tel 03 xxxx xxxx; mobile - 019 xxxxxxx. MALAYSIA BOLIH ?? LCCT Malaysian ?? Perhaps I should speak to my friend to pass on this issue to his friend called Tony Fernandez !

Alex,

Greetings.

The parking rate posted on http://www.lcct.com.my/facilities/parking#check-your-parking-fee is updated. You should be able to calculate/estimate your parking fees accordingly.

The telephone numbers was gathered from parking receipt, parking facility at the LCCT and other webpages online. Unfortunately, that gives no assurance that someone will be manning the telephone at any given time.

As mentioned on www.lcct.com.my/about-us, we are not the official company operating the LCCT or any of its facilities. The web site is put up to provide basic help / suggestions / recommendations / info to many looking for info on LCCT, but at times you will find that the information is not updated as timely as possible, even though we have been trying our best to update it on voluntary basis.

We seek your understanding on this matter.

If you can hook up with Tony Fernandez, please kindly convey the idea that a much informative, frequently updated website providing information on LCCT is very much needed by not just you, but many others. We will gladly take our small www.lcct.com.my offline in lieu of a better website provided by AirAsia or MAHB.

Malaysia Boleh? Yes, it takes all the Malaysians to make it BOLEH.

Thanks for reading. And thanks for writing. Yes, there is someone reading your email. ;-)

Dear Admin XXX,

TQ for taking your time to assure me there are still Malaysian who care and doing their job. All is not lost. Perhaps Najib's 1M'sia may stand a chance even if just 0.001%. Keep up your good work. It's people like you who can make a difference..............who knows even the one amongst the many who will save LCCT/M'sia at the most crucial moment.
