Freebies for taxi drivers in hotel rebranding exercise

Monday April 4, 2011

SERI Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently embarked on its taxi campaign at the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) as part of the hotel’s awareness programme to the public.

Formerly known as Best Western Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the hotel distributed 300 woven bags which were filled to the brim with mineral water, lunch packets, brochures and car stickers embossed with the hotel’s logo and the words “Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur Cares About You” to 300 taxi drivers who were waiting for their passengers at the waiting area.

The programme was carried for the first time at the LCCT area and the distribution of goodies was made to the taxi drivers as they act as ‘ambassadors’ in promoting the hotel to both international and local travellers.
