A Malaysia Airlines (MAS) sales ticketing services counter, offering a full scope of reservation and ticketing services, was launched at the KLIA Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) yesterday.
The national airline is the first full service carrier to operate a sales ticketing counter in the LCCT.
MAS retail business and distribution vice-president Abdul Mutalib Ishak said that the range of services offered included re-issuance of tickets, Enrich Frequent Flyer Programme services, issuance of MHinsure travel policies and credit card refund processing of tickets.
The counter operates from 7.30am to 11.30pm daily, including public holidays.
